This feature saves you time by allowing you to receive our low rates without dialing your 11 digit PIN (QuickChat is ONLY available on our national access 800 number service).

• 6-second incremental billing after a 30-second minimum.

• Consider this: if you live in a state where you normally would pay a HIGH intra-state (or in-state) rate, just use QuickChat, and start paying only 6.9¢ per minute for all your domestic intra-state (and inter-state, if you desire) calls!

• $1 monthly fee for Internet Billing PER CARD (you can print a hard copy); or $2 monthly fee if you want us to mail you a hard copy of your statement each month. If your account has NO usage during the month, NO monthly fee will be charged.

• A major credit card is REQUIRED to secure the account, and this is the ONLY payment type that we accept (i.e., we do NOT accept money orders, checks, etc), EVEN if you are receiving a mailed copy of your bill. Your credit card account will be BLOCKED for the amount of your monthly credit limit (which you select during the signup process), but there is NO pre-payment required.

*Effective October 7, 1997 the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has adopted a .30 cent surcharge on toll-free calls placed from payphones. This charge is collected on behalf of the payphone service providers and will be remitted to them.
